Description
The Nara Hat is a stiff bucket hat made from ribbons.
Corsetry boning is inserted in concealed seam lines around the lower hat rim for structure.
To create the Nara Hat, it takes a minimum of 50 meters of ribbon.
The item arrives gift-boxed to safely store the Nara Hat.
This colour-way is Electric Blue.
Fabric
The outer layer fabric is made from Ripple Ribbon textile, 100% acetate bias binding ribbon. Ripple ribbon is a textile we have created and apply ourselves to each panel required to construct the Nara design in our studio. The inner lining fabric is a deadstock Satin-back Douppion.
Delivery
All of our pieces are made with love, by hand in our studio in the UK. Everything we create on our E-Store is made-to-order to avoid fabric wastage. Please allow up to 3 weeks for this piece to be made. UK orders of this item can be expected within 2-3 weeks.
