At T LABEL, we describe our aesthetic and design style as ‘romantic wear’, a celebration of the connection between oneself and their wardrobe. We want our customers to fall in love with their pieces and create lasting memories in them, with one of the most special moments being their wedding day.

As a UK-based brand with a global customer base, we understand that choosing a made-to-order wedding dress can feel like a big commitment, especially when you can’t try it on before purchasing. To support you through this process, we’ve created this page to guide you through each step of ordering your wedding dress from us and to give you a clear overview of what to expect.

Step One – Selecting Your Wedding Dress

If you’ve found a dress you love on our website and would like more details on the development process, please email us at shop@tlabel.uk

Let us know:

  • The name of the dress you're interested in

  • The date you need it by

We’ll confirm whether it can be made in time and set a proposed dispatch date.

After discussing your design preferences, we’ll create a design board to visually align with your vision.

Step Two – Purchasing Your Wedding Dress

Once the dress details are confirmed, you can purchase your dress through our website.

After placing your order, please email us (continuing the original e-mail thread) with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Your bust, waist, and hip measurements

  • Your height

Step Three – The Construction Process

Once all details and deadlines are finalised, we’ll begin constructing your dress.

To help you feel involved and reassured, we’ll provide you with access to a Jumpshare folder, where we’ll upload progress images throughout the process. This not only gives insight into the craftsmanship involved, but also offers peace of mind as you see your dress come to life.

Step Four – Completion of the Dress

When your dress is complete, we will:

  • Email you with a DHL Express tracking number

  • Provide the expected delivery date

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you make custom designs?

As a small team, we’re unable to offer completely custom designs. However, we are happy to customise existing designs listed on our website, depending on fabric availability and alignment with our sustainable production standards.

Examples of customisations include:

  • Altering dress length

  • Changing bead colourways

Larger or more detailed customisations may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and confirmed before purchase.

Can I have a fitting with the dress?

Our studio is based in Worcester, UK.

We can arrange one fitting in either London or Birmingham for an additional fee of £150, invoiced ahead of the fitting. This service is available for dresses priced at £1,700 or more.

  • Minor amendments will not incur additional fees.

  • Major changes that deviate from the design agreed in Step One may incur further costs, which we’ll discuss during your fitting.

Can I pay for my dress in instalments?

Yes, dresses over £1,000 can be paid for in instalments. While we prefer full payment via our website, we understand the financial considerations of weddings and are happy to offer an instalment option.

Three-Invoice Payment Plan

  1. First payment – 50% of the retail price + any customisation fees (non-refundable deposit)

  2. Second payment – 25% (date confirmed during ordering)

  3. Final payment – 25% (due before dispatch)

Two-Invoice Payment Plan

  1. First payment – 50% of the retail price + any customisation fees (non-refundable deposit)

  2. Final payment – 50% (due before dispatch)

Once your dress design is confirmed in Step One, we’ll send an invoice from shop@tlabel.uk. We only send official communications regarding wedding and custom dress orders from this email address—please do not respond to or trust any other sender.

What happens if I change my mind after paying an instalment?

Once the 50% deposit is paid and production begins, it is non-refundable.

  • For customers on the three-instalment plan, the second payment may be refundable (depending on progress), but the initial deposit will not be.

As a small brand, your deposit helps secure the time, labour, and materials we commit to making your dress.
